This is how it works

  • The cost is $100 per billable hour of massage.

    • Possible additions are: Drive time if beyond the service area ($30).

  • Each therapist can service 2-10 people per billable hour.

    • 2 ppl per hour mean that people get 30-minute massages
(this is uber-deluxe and basically a mini spa day.)

    • 3 ppl per hour means that people get 20-minute massages.
(This is the deluxe treatment, extremely relaxing, and refreshing.)

    • 4 ppl per hour means people get 15-minute massages.
(This is probably the most bang for your buck, nourishing and refreshing.)

    • 6 ppl per hour means people get 10-minute massages.
(This feels fast, but is ideal for higher-energy, fast-paced events.)

    • 10 ppl per hour means people get 6-minute massages.
(This feels fast, but is ideal for higher-energy, fast-paced events.)

  • Therapists build switching time into each massage. People can expect their massage to be 45-90 seconds shorter.

  • You can book multiple therapists at a time.

    • 2 therapists can massage 4-20 ppl in one hour of clock time at a cost of 2 billable hours.

    • Therapist’s arrival times can be staggered.

  • How Breaks are handled

    • Up to 3 hours without breaks.

    • Events longer than 3 hours will have a 15-minute paid break built in.

    • Events longer than 5 hours will have a 30-minute unpaid lunch & a 15-minute paid break.

    • Events longer than 7 hours will have a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks.

What we need to know in order to get going:

  • What day, or dates?

  • Start time?

    • If you want a therapist to start massage at 9am they will arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to set up. They will be prepared to be giving massage at 9am. The billable time will begin at 9am.

  • What session lengths do you want 6, 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes?

  • The address, and suite number where service will be rendered.

  • Parking and building access instructions, security/safety protocols, and parking validation?

  • An on-sight contact, name and phone number, so the therapist can communicate directly if any issues arise.

This is what the back-office logistics look like:

  • We will draft an invoice for you to approve, this will serve as an agreement.

  • You will be billed after service has been rendered.

  • After the event, we will touch base to see how it went, send the bill and ask for feedback.

  • After that its payment processing. Terms are payable upon receipt or Net 30 upon request.

And that’s that.
